An insight into the form of investment
We appreciate that the investment format is as easy to understand as possible. Here you can read and learn more about what the process is like, for you, as investors.
1. Before your investment
We regularly hold investor nights where you are very welcome to attend. We review specific projects, but also trends in the real estate market, our investment concept and strategy, and what to look for as an investor.
You can also book a personal meeting with someone from our investment team, and get an in-depth review of our projects and find a match to your needs.
Both options are, of course, completely non-binding. We want to dress you as well as an investor as possible.
02. When you invest
If you decide to invest in one of our projects, you should contact your affiliated investment consultant.
After that, you will receive all the necessary documents for reading and signing. This is done digitally, with signature via NemID/MiTiD.
You will receive an official confirmation of your investment, as well as payment details for transferring the desired investment amount.
02. After your investment
Once your drawing has been completed, you will receive information with contact details of the relevant people associated with your project as well as a welcome letter.
You will receive regular newsletters with information about developments from our Investor Relations department, including key figures and the status of the operation of the property.
Annual accounts are filed every year and a general meeting is held where all investors can participate. If a dividend is agreed at the Annual General Meeting, it will be paid shortly thereafter.
