Through positive dialogue and effective cooperation, the existing tenants were able to relocate to new locations in the surrounding area. Following this, the property underwent an extensive renovation that included all installations, resulting in a nearly new property.

The original investment in the property was based on a Value Add strategy, but today it has evolved to be a low-risk core property thanks to a long-term lease with a solid tenant.
